Questions About Body：
- 1. Altitude information is not accurate?
- D2 is built-in barometric altimeter, which utilizes air pressure change of state to calculate the current altitude. So each factor that affects atmospheric pressure will affect correctness of product. Such like weather, and timing between day and night. Sometimes difference of air pressure between day and night will make almost 20 meters difference, at the same position.
- 2. Maintenance
- Please use neutral detergent with soft cloth to clean products.
- 3. Can D2 navigate the route?
- D2 can only record the route it passed to track back.
- 4. Positioning jump on cycling low speed
- Don’t place product into bag or hang on your body. Fixed product on bicycle, and let GPS receiver toward the sky.
- 5. Why there is no GPS signal?
- Place GPS receive toward the sky. It needs 1~2 minutes to position your location. Do not let your body cover the GPS receiver.

- Soft silicone.
- 2. How long battery of accessory can stay?
- 1 year when using it 1 hour per day.
- 3. Where is sensor of heart rate monitor?
- The sensors are on the soft silicon. It read heart rate by conductivity of human body.
- 4. Why my monitor can’t work?
- ① Is battery on low power?
